Once balloons leave our warehouse, Busy Little Play takes no responsibility for any damages that may occur during transit. However, we are committed to supporting our clients in resolving any issues that arise.

In Case of Damage in Transit:

1. Inspect Immediately: Please inspect your balloons upon delivery or pickup.

2. Take Photos: If you notice any damage, take clear photos of the affected balloons immediately.

3. Contact Us: Notify us as soon as possible by emailing or calling with the photos and details of the issue.

4. Enquiry Logged: We will log an enquiry with the relevant team or courier service to address the issue and determine the next steps.

At Busy Little Play, we aim to ensure your balloons arrive in perfect condition and on time for your event.

Please review our shipping and pickup details below: Place your order before 11 AM to qualify for next-day courier dispatch. While we strive for prompt delivery, couriers cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Most deliveries arrive same day of dispatch, depending on the location however this can not be guaranteed.

Our balloons are packed carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If you prefer, you can pick up your bouquet directly from our warehouse. Please keep in mind that this is a large bouquet, so ensure you have adequate space in your vehicle to transport it safely.
