Service Description
Create a magical party moment as each child brings their very own bear to life, complete with a soft stuffing session, a wishing heart, a personalised shirt, and a birth certificate to take home. This hands-on experience is guided by our team and brought directly to your location. What’s Included: 1-hour setup 1-hour guided workshop 1-hour pack down Kids’ tables and chairs setup One teddy per child DIY stuffing materials A shirt for each bear that can be customised Decorating materials Personalised birth certificate for each bear Music and fun led by our host Full setup and clean-up so you don’t lift a finger! Let us know which teddy or character suits your theme! Cost $XX per child (10 child minimum) $350 deposit required to book Final payment due 14 days prior to your event (we’ll send you an invoice with your remaining balance) Please note: There is a 10% GST charge 📍 We bring the full experience to your home or chosen party location. All you have to do is enjoy the smiles.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, especially when it comes to kids’ events! If you need to reschedule your booking or hire we’re happy to help wherever possible. Rescheduling is available with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your original booking date. All reschedules are subject to availability of your preferred new date and time slot, We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, we cannot guarantee availability on short notice. If your preferred date is unavailable, your booking will remain on the original date or may be eligible for cancellation under our standard terms.
