Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our Luxe Helium Balloon Bouquets, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your bouquet has been prepared or delivered.
Each bouquet is made to order, styled with care, and created specifically for your selected date and colourway. As helium balloons are perishable items with a limited lifespan, we are unable to restock or resell them once created.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g. damage during delivery or incorrect personalisation), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your bouquet and we’ll do our best to make it right.
